Founder, Drama & English Teacher
Hello, I'm Laurence. 10 years ago I trained as a teacher with a PGCE in Secondary English & Drama from the University of Cambridge. I have 8 years experience as the Head of Drama in an Independent Prep School, as well as having taught both English and drama in the state and independent education sectors. Prior to this, I provided learning support for a broad range of neurodiverse pupils in state secondary.

Dyslexia is a gift. It provides society with the most creative minds in the world. The dyslexic mind's wonderful imagination, resilience and empathy are just a handful of the many strengths it possesses, which make it perfectly attuned for dramatic talent. These are also essential skills that are needed in the modern world, perhaps now more so than ever. It is therefore crucial that we nurture our dyslexic learners and enable them to see themselves as the truly valuable people to society that they are.

We believe it is finally time dyslexia took centre stage within our education system. A multi-sensory dyslexic-friendly learning environment hinders no one and benefits everyone. That is why we deliver both weekly drama classes and holiday workshops which empower young people within performance and literacy.
